Simon Nazarian – Chief Technology Officer for the City of Hope

Saeed Elnaj – Chief Information Officer at RELI Group

RELI Group has named Saeed Elnaj as its new Chief Information Officer, bringing 30 years of experience in digital innovation and strategy execution. Elnaj’s expertise includes leveraging cloud services and extracting business value from Generative AI technologies. Prior to joining RELI, he held leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), HealthKey Technologies, and the National Council on Aging, where he spearheaded digital transformations and cloud migrations. At RELI Group, Elnaj will focus on driving innovation in IT services, particularly for government and healthcare clients, strengthening the company’s position in these sectors.

Andrew Smeaton – Chief Information Security Officer at Jamf

Jamf has appointed Andrew Smeaton as its new Chief Information Security Officer. With over 25 years of experience in global information security, Smeaton brings expertise in security risk management, regulatory compliance, and cloud security. He joins Jamf from Afiniti, where he also served as CISO, and has previously held similar roles at DataRobot, MIB Group, and The Saudi Investment Bank. Jeremy Chwang – Chief Technology Officer at Flores & Associates

(NASDAQ: BLMN), a global casual dining leader with over 1,450 restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s, Bonefish Grill, and Fleming’s, has promoted Gagan Sinha to the role of Chief Information Officer. In this role, Sinha will lead the company’s global IT strategy, overseeing the development and implementation of digital consumer and business technologies. Sinha, who joined Bloomin’ Brands in April 2024 as Senior Vice President of Technology, brings over 20 years of experience across various industries.

Santiago Tenorio – Chief Technology Officer at Verizon

Verizon has announced the appointment of Santiago “Yago” Tenorio as its new Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategy and Technology Enablement. With over 25 years of experience in the wireless industry, Tenorio brings a strong background in tech and leadership to the role. Jim Stanfill – Chief Information Officer at New Mexico State University

New Mexico State University (NMSU) has appointed Jim Stanfill as its new Chief Information Officer. Paul Ford – Chief Information Security Officer at Greenway Health

Jane Cys Zentmyer, formerly the director and chief enterprise architect at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG), has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer for the Department of the Interior’s OIG. In her new role, she will serve as a senior advisor on technology and infrastructure modernization strategies while providing technical expertise to the Assistant Inspector General for Management.
