His background in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and anti-fraud programs aligns with the department’s focus on improving operational efficiency and digital capabilities.
Tony Pallas – Chief Technology Officer at Choice Hotels International

Choice Hotels International has promoted Tony Pallas to Chief Technology Officer, placing him in charge of enterprise technology, engineering, and SkyTouch Technology, the company’s hotel operations and property management platform. Pallas has spent more than a decade leading platform modernization and expanding Choice Hotels’ cloud capabilities. He previously served as Chief Commercial and Technology Officer for the company’s property management system business, where he grew annual revenue by 68% and nearly doubled EBITDA. In his new role, Pallas will support the development of AI-enabled tools designed to improve hotel operations and create value for franchisees and guests.
Chaim Mazal – Chief Information Security Officer at GitLab

GitLab has named Chaim Mazal as its new Chief Information Security Officer, tasking him with leading the company’s global security organization and overseeing the security of both the business and its platform. Mazal joins from Gigamon, where he served as Chief AI and Security Officer, overseeing the company’s security function and AI governance initiatives. He previously held senior security leadership roles at Kandji and ActiveCampaign and brings more than 15 years of cybersecurity experience. At GitLab, he will help shape the company’s approach to AI security as organizations increasingly adopt AI agents and confront emerging AI-driven threats.
Kemal Cetin – Chief Digital and Information Officer at Mars

Mars has appointed Kemal Cetin as Global Chief Digital and Information Officer for its Snacking business. Cetin joins from FrieslandCampina, where he served as Global Business and Digital Solutions Officer and was a member of the executive team. He brings nearly 30 years of experience leading digital transformation, technology strategy, and business modernization initiatives across global consumer goods organizations.
Stephen Garcia – Chief Information Security Officer at BreachRx

BreachRx has appointed Stephen Garcia as Chief Information Security Officer, placing him in charge of the company’s internal security program. Garcia will also bring a working CISO perspective to the development of BreachRx’s cyber incident response platform as organizations contend with faster and more coordinated AI-driven threats. He brings more than two decades of experience building security programs across financial services, technology, gaming, and other regulated industries. His previous leadership experience includes roles at Western Union, BNP Paribas, Broadridge Financial, Johnson Controls, ConsenSys, FanDuel, and Napster.
Wasif Jamal – Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at WellSpan Health

WellSpan Health has named Wasif Jamal Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, giving him responsibility for enterprise information technology and analytics. Jamal will oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, application product direction, and enterprise analytics across the health system. He joins WellSpan from Providence Health, where he served as Global Chief Technology Officer and led infrastructure, cloud, AI, and cybersecurity initiatives. Jamal previously held senior technology leadership roles at Microsoft and General Electric and brings more than 15 years of executive experience.
Scott Adametz – Chief Technology Officer at Pac-12

The Pac-12 has appointed Scott Adametz as Chief Technology Officer, becoming the first FBS conference to establish the position. Adametz will oversee the conference’s technology operations and the use of data and AI across fan engagement and league operations as the Pac-12 prepares for its 2026–27 launch. He most recently served as Engineering Director of Ecosystem Security at Epic Games, supporting engineering and security teams connected to Fortnite, Unreal Engine, and the Epic Games Store. His previous experience includes roles with Riot Games, the NFL, Pac-12 Networks, Groupon, and the team that helped build the Big Ten Network.
Ann Barron-DiCamillo – Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Security Officer at US Bank

US Bank has appointed Ann Barron-DiCamillo as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Security Officer, placing her in charge of the bank’s global information security strategy and cyber resilience efforts. Barron-DiCamillo joins from Citi, where she most recently served as Managing Director and Global Head of Tech Optimisation. She previously held the role of Managing Director and Global Head of Cyber Operations, leading cybersecurity initiatives across the bank. She brings more than 25 years of experience spanning threat intelligence, cyber operations, risk management, technology transformation and security governance. Prior to Citi, Barron-DiCamillo was Vice President of Cyber Threat Intelligence and Incident Response at American Express.
Dennis Hancock – Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President at Pfizer

Pfizer has promoted Dennis Hancock to Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President, giving him responsibility for the company’s enterprise digital, AI, and technology agenda. Hancock has spent more than 30 years at Pfizer in roles spanning research and development, commercial solutions, digital health, enterprise products, analytics, and data. Before becoming CIO, he served as Senior Vice President of Digital and led enterprise product management and AI learning initiatives. In his new role, Hancock will guide the use of technology and AI across drug discovery, clinical development, manufacturing, commercialization, and patient engagement.
Ganesh Matha – Chief Technology Officer at El Car Wash

Deborah Stephens – Chief Information Officer at The United States Patent and Trademark Office

Deborah Stephens has been appointed Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), after serving as Acting CIO. A more than 25-year veteran of the agency, Stephens will serve as the principal advisor on the design, development, and management of the USPTO’s information systems and technology. Previously, she served as Assistant Commissioner for the Office of Patent Information Management, where she led IT modernization for the agency’s patent systems, and as Deputy Commissioner for Patents. During her tenure, she has overseen major technology initiatives, including cloud migration, AI adoption, legacy system modernization, and the launch of the USPTO’s Open Data Portal, helping advance the agency’s digital transformation.
Senthil Padmanabhan – Chief Technology Officer at Lyft

Senthil Padmanabhan has been appointed Chief Technology Officer at Lyft, effective July 20, where he will lead the company’s engineering organization and technology strategy, reporting to CEO David Risher. He joins Lyft from eBay, where he most recently served as Vice President of Engineering after being recognized as a Technical Fellow. As CIO, Gallagher assumes responsibility for the agency’s enterprise-wide portfolio of information technology products and services, overseeing the systems that support NASA’s scientific research, engineering, and space exploration missions. Most recently, he served as Deputy Chief Information Officer for Operations in the Office of the Chief Information Officer at NASA Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
Chad Holmes – Chief Information Security Officer at Texas Attorney General’s Office

Chad Holmes has been named Chief Information Security Officer for the Texas Office of the Attorney General, marking his first public-sector role after more than 25 years in private-sector cybersecurity leadership. Tracy Weber – Vice President and Chief Information Officer at University of Notre Dame

The University of Notre Dame has appointed Tracy Weber as Vice President and Chief Information Officer, following a national search. She succeeds Jane Livingston, who is stepping down after five years in the role. Weber brings more than 30 years of IT experience, including 23 years at Notre Dame, where she has held leadership positions across applications development, enterprise content management, platform services, collaborative IT services, and community IT experience.
