Franziska Bell – Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at The Home Depot

The Home Depot has named Dr. Franziska “Fran” Bell Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, strengthening its leadership team. In this role, she will lead technology strategy across the company, overseeing product management, data, and artificial intelligence, with a focus on advancing machine learning and agentic AI to support a connected experience for associates, DIY customers, and professional contractors. She joins from Ford Motor Company, where she served as Chief Data, AI and Analytics Officer and led enterprise AI initiatives. Robert Ruocco – Chief Technology Officer at GuideWell

GuideWell has added Robert Ruocco as Chief Technology Officer, putting him in charge of the company’s technology strategy and execution. He steps into the role after serving as Enterprise Chief Information Technology Officer at Triple-S, where he oversaw enterprise technology across the health, life, and property and casualty businesses. Vikram Rao – Chief Technology Officer Enterprise and Chief Trust Officer at Atlassian

Vikram Rao has taken on the role of CTO, Enterprise and Chief Trust Officer at Atlassian, where he now leads engineering across the company’s enterprise and emerging businesses while overseeing its trust framework spanning security, privacy, compliance, governance, and risk. Chinmay Patel – Chief Technology Officer at Blue Ocean ATS

Gabe Monroy – Chief Technology Officer at Workday

She joins from Illinois Institute of Technology, where she served as CIO, bringing more than two decades of higher education technology leadership experience spanning enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and analytics.
Marc Warner – Chief Technology Officer at Accenture

Accenture has appointed Dr. Marc Warner as Chief Technology Officer following the completion of its acquisition of AI firm Faculty. Warner, Faculty’s co-founder and former CEO, will also join Accenture’s Global Management Committee. In his new role, Warner will oversee the company’s technology strategy, with a focus on the development and application of artificial intelligence across its services. His appointment comes as Accenture integrates Faculty’s capabilities in areas such as AI strategy, safety, and system implementation. At Faculty, he oversaw the delivery of AI projects and the growth of the company’s technical team.
Firdaus Bhathena – Chief Technology and Transformation Officer at S&P Global

S&P Global has added Firdaus Bhathena as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Transformation Officer, a newly created role where he will lead a unified enterprise technology organization and drive the company’s AI adoption and transformation agenda. Joshua Beeman – Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at University of Pennsylvania

The University of Pennsylvania has appointed Joshua Beeman as Vice President for IT and Chief Information Officer, formalizing a role he has held on an interim basis since August 2025. A Penn alumnus, Beeman will lead Information Systems and Computing, overseeing campus-wide IT strategy and services. Alexander brings more than 20 years of experience across aviation, retail, and AI-led platforms. He joins from XOOTS, where he was Founder and CEO, developing AI solutions for talent recruitment. Khan joins from the U.S. Food & Drug Administration, where he served as Chief Digital Officer. Jim Connolly – Chief Information Officer at Legacy Food Group

Mangala Kuppa has been elevated to Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Labor, taking on the permanent role after serving in an acting capacity since October while continuing as Chief AI Officer. In the role, he will lead efforts to streamline agent workflows and scale the firm’s integrated platform strategy. Artzi previously served as Compass’s Head of Engineering, overseeing the launches of Compass AI and Compass One.
Jon Eichten – Chief Information Officer at State of Minnesota

Jon Eichten has been appointed State Chief Information Officer and Commissioner of Minnesota IT Services, where he will oversee statewide technology strategy, cybersecurity and digital service delivery across government. He steps into the role after serving as deputy commissioner since 2018, building on more than a decade with the agency that included leading government relations and supporting major IT consolidation and modernization initiatives, as well as recovery efforts tied to the state’s vehicle licensing system.
Jeffrey Javits – Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at West Coast Community Bank

West Coast Community Bank has added Jeffrey Javits as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer, placing him in charge of the bank’s information security programs, regulatory compliance, and cyber risk management. He brings experience from a recent role as a virtual CISO for a San Francisco-based software startup, following earlier leadership positions including Chief Information Officer and Corporate Security Officer at Heritage Bank of Commerce.

T.J. Mayotte has been appointed Chief Information Officer for the City of Baltimore, where he is charged with advancing the city’s technology strategy, strengthening cyber resilience, and expanding broadband and digital equity initiatives for residents and government operations.
