Truist has appointed Diane Rogerson as Chief Information Risk Officer, bringing more than two decades of expertise in cybersecurity, technology controls, and risk governance to the role.
Rogerson will be instrumental in strengthening the firm’s risk culture and driving innovation across technology and security functions.

Prior to joining Truist, Rogerson served as Deputy CTO at Morgan Stanley US Bank, where she led Technology Risk & Governance efforts and partnered closely with CISO and tech leadership to introduce automation and AI-driven risk insights. Her role also encompassed overseeing development teams for Wealth Management and Payment platforms, accelerating innovation across digital banking services.
Earlier, Rogerson spent nearly 27 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she held multiple senior leadership positions, including Global Director of Cybersecurity & Technology Controls and COO for the Credit Card, Auto, and Merchant Services businesses.
With a strong track record of building resilient systems and governance structures, Rogerson is expected to play a critical role in enhancing Truist’s risk posture while enabling secure growth and innovation.
