Kohl’s has named Steven Dee as Chief Technology Officer. Reporting directly to interim CEO Michael Bender, Dee will lead all technology and information platforms that support Kohl’s omnichannel operations and broader business strategy.

Dee brings over 25 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation and operational excellence across leading consumer brands. Previously, Dee held senior technology leadership roles at Nike, where he oversaw global sales and digital commerce platforms, and at Hayneedle and J.Crew, where he served as CIO/CTO.
He began his career at Accenture, spending 12 years leading major retail and consumer goods clients through enterprise transformation.
“Retail is an exciting and dynamic industry that depends on smart, scalable technology solutions to serve associates all across the country, enable the systems that run operations, and ultimately improve the way Kohl’s can serve our customers,” Dee said. “I look forward to joining the leadership team and driving the goals of this great company.”
