Papa Johns International, Inc. has appointed Kevin Vasconi as Chief Digital and Technology Officer, bringing over 35 years of technology leadership to the company, with a notable track record of digital transformation in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
Most recently, Vasconi served as Chief Information Officer at Wendy’s, where he tripled its e-commerce business in just three years by leveraging technology to build customer loyalty. Prior to Wendy’s, he held similar roles at Domino’s, driving both domestic and international ecommerce growth.
At Papa Johns, Vasconi will lead the company’s digital and technology strategy, overseeing areas such as enterprise architecture, data analytics, information security, and scalable technology solutions for the global franchise system. He will work closely with marketing and operations to further innovate customer-facing and restaurant technology, aiming to enhance the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
Vasconi’s extensive experience in QSR, including leadership roles at Ford Motor Company and Stanley Black & Decker, is expected to prepare him to guide Papa Johns through the next phase of digital growth in an increasingly competitive space.
