The Coca-Cola Company has appointed Sedef Salingan Sahin as its first-ever Chief Digital Officer, a new enterprise role aimed at accelerating digital transformation across the company. Sahin will step into the position on March 31, 2026, reporting to incoming CEO Henrique Braun.

In her new role, Sahin will lead the integration of digital, data, and operational excellence across Coca-Cola’s global business, streamlining execution, simplifying ways of working, and helping the company move faster and smarter.
A 20-year Coca-Cola veteran, Sahin most recently served as President of the Eurasia and Middle East operating unit and previously led the company’s global Nutrition, Juice, Dairy, and Plant category. Known for driving digital innovation in both roles, she brings deep experience across markets and functions.
“The Chief Digital Officer position is a pivotal new role for our future,” said Braun. “Sedef’s proven leadership will help shape how we digitalize the enterprise end-to-end.”
Her appointment comes as part of broader leadership changes, all aimed at positioning Coca-Cola for faster growth.
