RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. has appointed Tom Flanagan as Chief Digital Information Officer, effective September 22, 2025. In this newly created role, Flanagan will lead IT, data, engineering, security, and compliance across RE/MAX and Motto Mortgage, aligning technology strategy with the company’s broader business goals.
Flanagan brings over two decades of real estate technology leadership to RE/MAX, most recently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at The Group, Inc. Real Estate and President of Group Financial Partners. His prior experience includes senior roles at Residential Properties Ltd. and Alain Pinel Realtors, as well as serving as a syndicated technology columnist for Inman News.
His appointment aims to continue leveraging AI and emerging technologies to streamline operations and enhance service delivery across RE/MAX’s franchise networks.
