Hartford HealthCare, Connecticut’s second largest and only truly integrated healthcare system is hiring its next Vice President of Data and Digital Platform.
With 33,000 colleagues, more than $5.0 billion in operating revenue, and a medical staff of 4,000 providers, the system offers the full continuum of care with seven acute-care hospitals, the state’s longest-running air-ambulance service, behavioral health and rehabilitation services, a physician group and clinical integration organization, skilled-nursing and home health services, and a comprehensive range of services for seniors, including senior-living facilities. Hartford HealthCare cares for approximately half of the population of Connecticut, serving 1.7 million people each year. They are the only health system offering services in every one of Connecticut’s counties, with more than 430 locations across 185 communities in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
Reporting to the Chief Information and Digital Officer, the Vice President will lead the design, development, and evolution of Hartford HealthCare’s Data and Digital Platform and be the primary architect and leader of data liquidity, advanced analytics, and digital capability aspirations. With a key focus on the development of a platform to unify all data across the enterprise, as well as external data, this role will lead an enterprise culture shift towards a data-driven culture as a foundation for a center of excellence operating model in support of business functions and operations.
