Virgin Atlantic has appointed Alex Alexander as Chief Digital and Information Officer, as the airline advances its digital transformation program.
Alexander brings more than 20 years of experience across aviation, retail, and AI-led platforms. He joins from XOOTS, where he was Founder and CEO, developing AI solutions for talent recruitment.
In his new position, Alexander will oversee technology, digital development, data, artificial intelligence, and transformation. As a member of the executive leadership team, he will guide technology direction across the organization.
He said he looks forward to leading the next phase of development and expanding the use of AI across the business.
