Ulta Beauty has named Kelly Garcia as its new Chief Technology Officer, effective August 31, 2026. Garcia will join the executive leadership team after serving on the company’s Board of Directors since 2022. In connection with his appointment, he will step down from the board when he assumes the CTO role.

As Chief Technology Officer, Garcia will lead Ulta Beauty’s technology organization as the company continues advancing its Ulta Beauty Unleashed strategy. He will oversee technology initiatives that support the retailer’s digital capabilities and long-term growth, bringing expertise across e-commerce, customer loyalty, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.

Most recently, Garcia served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Domino’s Pizza, a role he held since 2012. There, he was responsible for the company’s global technology vision, leading strategic technology initiatives designed to support and improve business operations worldwide.

With more than 25 years of leadership and broad experience across global e-commerce, customer loyalty, digital innovation, and cybersecurity, Kelly will be a great addition to our team,” said Kecia Steelman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ulta Beauty.
