Tractor Supply Company has appointed Fahim Siddiqui as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Digital Officer. He will serve on the company’s Executive Committee and report directly to President and CEO Hal Lawton.
A technology executive with more than three decades of experience, Siddiqui previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at The Home Depot from April 2022 through May 2025. During his tenure, he led enterprise technology and cybersecurity initiatives spanning digital commerce, merchandising, supply chain systems and data analytics.
His career also includes leadership roles at Staples, Vidyo and Intralinks, along with experience founding technology businesses and holding technology positions in the communications and energy sectors.
At Tractor Supply, Siddiqui will lead the company’s technology strategy and digital capabilities, overseeing areas such as enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and e-commerce. His responsibilities will include advancing the retailer’s digital operations and technology capabilities to improve the customer experience and support future growth.
