Keurig Dr Pepper has appointed Chip Wentz as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, following two months as interim CIO. Wentz will also serve as Chief Information Officer for the future Beverage Co. upon the company’s separation.

Wentz has been with Keurig Dr Pepper since 2019, initially serving as Chief Information Security Officer before expanding his responsibilities as CISO and Vice President of Technical Services. During his tenure, he has led cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and generative AI initiatives across the enterprise.
In his new role, Wentz will help guide KDP through its transition into two companies while using technology, data, and AI to support new capabilities and ways of working across the enterprise.
Before joining Keurig Dr Pepper, Wentz spent more than 11 years at EY, where he served as Principal and Cyber Analytics Leader and advised Fortune 500 companies on cyber risk, digital transformation, and cloud strategy.
