Hilton has appointed Jeff Moore as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Moore will lead the company’s global technology organization, report to President and CEO Chris Nassetta, and serve on Hilton’s Executive Committee.
Moore joins Hilton from Uber, where he served as Vice President of Software Engineering and led a global organization of 2,500 engineers supporting Uber Eats, Uber for Business, growth and marketing technology, and Applied AI.
In his new role, Moore will help advance Hilton’s people-led, platform-enabled strategy, with a focus on AI and next-generation technology to enhance the guest experience, empower team members, and support the company’s continued technology modernization.
Before Uber, Moore held several leadership roles at Amazon, including serving as a founding leader within Fulfillment by Amazon and leading engineering and product organizations supporting Kindle, Fire TV, Fire Tablet, and Echo/Alexa.
