Headway, a leader in modernizing mental healthcare access, has announced the appointment of Arnaud Ferreri as Chief Technology Officer.
Ferreri brings over a decade of experience in scaling technology platforms and organizations. Most recently, he was one of the earliest engineers at Instacart, where he played a pivotal role in growing the platform from 1,000 to over 1 million daily deliveries, leading engineering divisions across consumer, advertising, catalog, and retailer technologies. Prior to that, he founded and led a technology company in Paris.
As CTO, Ferreri will oversee Headway’s engineering strategy, focusing on building infrastructure that empowers providers, simplifies access for patients, and strengthens the connections between providers, patients, and insurers.
