First Horizon has appointed Leilani Farol as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer. She will lead enterprise cybersecurity and oversee efforts to protect client data and privacy across the organization.
Farol is responsible for advancing threat detection and response capabilities while strengthening governance and oversight across security programs.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in information security and technology leadership across financial services in the United States and internationally. Her background includes directing large technology initiatives and guiding cybersecurity programs within highly regulated institutions.
Farol joins from Fidelity Investments, where she served as Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance and led execution of a multi-year enterprise cyber program.
