Apple’s Chief Information Officer, Mary Demby, will be retiring after three decades according to a Bloomberg report released Monday. No replacement has been announced yet to take the helm as CIO. Also leaving the company is Apple’s Vice President of Retail, Anna Mathiasson. Taking her place as the new Head of Retail Online is Karen Rasmussen, previously the Senior Director of Digital Experience and eCommerce.
Apple also recently lost their Vice President of Industrial Design Evans Hankey according to a Bloomberg report, Chief Privacy Officer Jane Horvath, and their Vice President of Procurement Tony Blevins.
All of these high-profile departures will likely lead to some big changes at the company, and it will be interesting to see how they pivot coming into the new year.
