Another month brings a new round of technology leadership appointments across industries and organizations of all sizes.

Kelly Garcia – Chief Technology Officer at Ulta Beauty
Ulta Beauty has named Kelly Garcia as its new Chief Technology Officer. Garcia will join the executive leadership team after serving on the company’s Board of Directors since 2022. In connection with his appointment, he will step down from the board when he assumes the CTO role. As Chief Technology Officer, Garcia will lead Ulta Beauty’s technology organization as the company continues advancing its Ulta Beauty Unleashed strategy. He will oversee technology initiatives that support the retailer’s digital capabilities and long-term growth, bringing expertise across e-commerce, customer loyalty, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Most recently, Garcia served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Domino’s Pizza, a role he held since 2012. There, he was responsible for the company’s global technology vision, leading strategic technology initiatives designed to support and improve business operations worldwide.
Faraz Iqbal – Chief Technology & AI Officer at BBG
BBG has appointed Faraz Iqbal as Chief Technology & AI Officer, where he will lead the firm’s enterprise technology strategy, overseeing AI and data transformation, technology modernization, and the scaling of global operations. Working from BBG’s Atlanta office, Iqbal will help strengthen the company’s technology infrastructure, expand the adoption of AI-driven tools, and improve operational efficiency across the commercial real estate services firm. He joins from Edible Brands, where he served as Chief Technology Officer and led enterprise AI initiatives, including the launch of a computer vision platform and the deployment of AI tools across the organization. Earlier in his career, Iqbal held senior technology and operations leadership roles at Zilliant, Imagine Communications, Naranga, and other global organizations.
David Raymond – Associate Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Virginia Tech
Virginia Tech has named David Raymond Associate Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer, formalizing his leadership of the university’s cybersecurity strategy following the retirement of longtime security leader Randy Marchany. In the role, Raymond will oversee the university’s information security program and serve as the institution’s lead for security-related compliance and reporting. Raymond has spent more than a decade at Virginia Tech, most recently serving in a series of senior leadership roles, including interim vice president for information technology and CIO, interim associate vice president for research computing, and founding director of both the Virginia Cyber Range and U.S. Cyber Range. Before joining the university, he served on the faculty at the United States Military Academy at West Point and retired from the U.S. Army after 26 years of active duty service.
DJ Goldsworthy – Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Aflac
Aflac has promoted DJ Goldsworthy to Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer after he most recently served as Deputy Chief Information Officer. An Aflac veteran of more than a decade, Goldsworthy previously led the company’s global security technology and security operations organizations. As CIO, he will oversee technology modernization, digital experiences, and AI initiatives supporting policyholders, agents, and brokers.
Dheeraj Soni – Chief Technology Officer at Cresset
Cresset has selected Dheeraj Soni as Chief Technology Officer, where he will lead the firm’s technology organization and oversee its technology strategy, infrastructure, trading platform, cybersecurity, and execution capabilities. Previously Managing Director and Head of Trading at Cresset, Soni brings nearly 30 years of experience across wealth management, private banking, institutional trading, and investment banking. Before joining the firm, he held senior technology leadership roles at J.P. Morgan Advisors and First Republic Bank.
Pooja Brown – Chief Technology Officer at Tribe AI
Tribe AI has appointed Pooja Brown as Chief Technology Officer, entrusting her with leading the company’s technical strategy, engineering organization, and AI implementation approach for enterprise customers. Brown joins with extensive experience scaling engineering and product organizations, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Flow.Life and Chief Product & Technical Officer at Honor Education. Earlier in her career, she held executive technology leadership roles at Stitch Fix and DocuSign, where she helped operationalize AI and build enterprise-scale technology platforms.
Justin Kosslyn – Chief Digital and Technology Officer at AIT Worldwide Logistics
AIT Worldwide Logistics has recruited Justin Kosslyn as its first Chief Digital and Technology Officer, a newly created role focused on accelerating the company’s digital transformation and AI strategy. Kosslyn joins after more than 15 years of software and product leadership, most recently serving in senior product management roles at Google, where he oversaw platforms including Google Trends and Search Console. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade with Google Jigsaw, developing technologies to strengthen digital security and counter cyber threats.
Dan Fabbri – Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Highlands Bank
Highlands Bank has welcomed Dan Fabbri as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer after he transitioned from the bank’s holding company, Highlands Bankshares, Inc. In his new role, Fabbri will lead the bank’s technology strategy as a member of the executive leadership team. He brings extensive technology leadership experience and will help advance the bank’s technology capabilities while supporting its commitment to customer service and community banking.
David Cummings – Chief Information Officer at American College of Education
American College of Education has tapped David Cummings as Chief Information Officer, where he will oversee the college’s technology strategy and help advance digital transformation and AI adoption. Cummings brings nearly two decades of higher education technology leadership experience, along with enterprise technology roles at Lowe’s and PetSmart.
Chris Loake – Chief Information Officer at CFC
CFC has recruited Chris Loake as Chief Information Officer, where he will lead the specialist insurer’s technology strategy and help advance its digital distribution and AI capabilities. Loake joins from Hiscox, where he served as Group Chief Information Officer and led the company’s global technology transformation, including its AI initiatives. He brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience across insurance and financial services, with previous senior roles at C. Hoare & Co, Close Brothers, and Experian.
Raju Siva – Chief AI Officer at Medusind
Medusind has appointed Raju Siva as Chief AI Officer, placing him in charge of the company’s enterprise AI strategy and efforts to expand intelligent automation across its healthcare technology and revenue cycle management platform. Siva joins from Omega Healthcare, where he led enterprise AI and automation initiatives, following more than 20 years at Cognizant leading large-scale technology, automation, and digital transformation programs. He brings deep experience applying AI and machine learning to healthcare operations and revenue cycle management.
Armando Capote – Chief Information Officer at Brainlabs
Brainlabs has appointed Armando Capote as Chief Information Officer, bringing in a technology leader with experience in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Capote most recently served as Global IT Director at Cruise Terminals International, where he led global technology strategy, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives across international operations. In his new role, he will oversee Brainlabs’ technology organization and support the company’s continued investment in scalable infrastructure and AI-enabled capabilities.
Stephen R. Murray – Chief Information Officer at Feed the Children
Feed the Children has appointed Stephen R. Murray as Chief Information Officer, where he will lead the organization’s technology and information systems strategy in support of its continued global growth. Murray most recently served as Chief Information Officer at Cohere Beauty and previously held senior technology leadership roles supporting The Walt Disney Company through Atos, as well as positions at The Mosaic Company and Cargill. Shaun Perkinson – Chief Technology Officer at Gymshark
Gymshark has turned to Shaun Perkinson as Chief Technology Officer, succeeding John Douglas as the fitness apparel brand continues investing in technology to support its next phase of growth. Perkinson joins from Al Waha Travel Retailer, where he served as Chief Technology Officer, following an earlier stint in the same role at Boden. His background also includes senior technology leadership positions at Tory Burch and Burberry, bringing more than 20 years of experience building digital products and leading technology teams.
Uday Ruddarraju – Chief Technology Officer, Compute at OpenAI
OpenAI has elevated Uday Ruddarraju to Chief Technology Officer of Compute, expanding his leadership responsibilities after serving as Head of Compute and Infrastructure since joining the company in 2025. In the role, he will help lead the infrastructure underpinning OpenAI’s frontier AI models and growing global compute footprint. Before joining OpenAI, Ruddarraju led infrastructure at xAI and previously held engineering leadership roles at Robinhood and eBay, bringing extensive experience in large-scale distributed systems and AI infrastructure.
Parag Agrawal – Chief Information Officer at Fanatics
Fanatics has appointed Parag Agrawal as its inaugural Chief Information Officer, a newly created role focused on advancing the company’s enterprise technology and internal digital transformation. Agrawal joins after nine years at Chobani, where he most recently served as Chief Information Officer and led the modernization of the company’s technology platforms to support rapid growth. Earlier in his career, he held technology leadership roles at Materne North America, Avon, PFSweb, and Metamor Global Solutions.
Kinan Al Haffar – Chief Information Officer at VIP
VIP has tapped Kinan Al Haffar as Chief Information Officer, where he will help strengthen the technology foundation supporting the beverage technology company’s products and customers. Al Haffar joins from Reveleer, where he served as Vice President of IT, Infrastructure & Security, leading technology, cybersecurity, and data privacy initiatives. He brings more than 20 years of experience guiding technology organizations through growth and mergers and acquisitions across the software, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.
Marta Magnuszewska – Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Technology Officer at the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB)
The National Insurance Crime Bureau has appointed Marta Magnuszewska as Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Technology Officer, where she will lead the organization’s technology, data, and AI strategy. Magnuszewska joins from Markel Insurance, where she served as Vice President of Claims Transformation, Data Analytics and AI, leading enterprise initiatives focused on claims modernization and artificial intelligence. Greg Geary – Chief Technology Officer, North America, at Panattoni Development Company and Alston Construction
Panattoni Development Company and Alston Construction have appointed Greg Geary as Chief Technology Officer for North America. Geary brings more than two decades of technology leadership experience across industries including financial services, healthcare, aerospace, and media. In his new role, he will oversee enterprise technology strategy, data initiatives, and AI adoption to support the companies’ continued growth.
Jason Taylor – Chief Information Officer at West Star Aviation
West Star Aviation has turned to Jason Taylor as Chief Information Officer, where he will lead the company’s enterprise technology strategy while advancing its data, analytics, and cybersecurity capabilities. Taylor brings extensive executive technology leadership experience, most recently serving as CIO and Global CTO at RS Americas and previously as Vice President of Global Digital and Innovation at Gates Corporation. Roger Maeda – Chief AI Officer at Arnold & Porter
Arnold & Porter has elevated Roger Maeda to the firm’s first Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, a newly created role established to guide its AI strategy and technology-enabled legal services. Maeda previously served as Director of Enterprise Applications and Application Development, leading the firm’s enterprise application strategy and software development initiatives. In his new role, he will lead Arnold & Porter’s dedicated AI team and oversee the development and deployment of AI tools to support client work and firm operations.
Glenn Mains – Chief Information Officer at St. Mary’s County, Maryland
St. Mary’s County Government has selected Glenn Mains as Chief Information Officer, where he will lead the County’s Information Technology Department and guide its technology modernization efforts. Mains most recently served as Chief Technology Officer and Associate Director of Enterprise Architecture for Prince George’s County Government, overseeing enterprise technology strategy across more than 30 county agencies. He brings more than 30 years of information technology experience, including more than two decades of executive leadership in local government, with a background spanning enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology modernization.
Assaf Keren – Chief Information Security Officer at Meta
Meta has appointed Assaf Keren as Chief Information Security Officer, succeeding Guy Rosen following his retirement after 13 years with the company. Keren joins from Qualtrics, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer, after previously spending nine years at PayPal in a series of security leadership roles, including Chief Information Security Officer. He brings extensive experience leading enterprise security programs across global technology companies.
Keith Anderson – Chief Information Security Officer at Travelers
Keith Anderson has joined Travelers as Chief Information Security Officer, where he will lead the company’s enterprise cybersecurity strategy and work across the organization to strengthen its security posture and protect customers and technology assets. Anderson joins from JetBlue, where he most recently served as Vice President of Technology Infrastructure and Chief Information Security Officer. Earlier in his career, he held cybersecurity leadership roles at WarnerMedia and AT&T, bringing more than two decades of experience leading enterprise security and technology organizations.
Christopher Blotto – Chief Information Officer at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC
Janney Montgomery Scott has brought on Christopher Blotto as Chief Information Officer, adding a technology executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across wealth management, banking, and consulting. Blotto most recently served as Chief Digital & Information Officer at Commonwealth Financial Network, following earlier CIO roles at Investors Bank and Knowledgent. He will help lead Janney’s continued investments in technology, data, AI, and digital capabilities to support clients, financial advisors, and employees.
Joe Finsterwald – Chief Technology Officer at CRB
CRB has selected Joe Finsterwald as its first Chief Technology Officer, a newly created role established to lead the company’s continued investment in digital innovation and AI-enabled project delivery. Finsterwald joins from Aberrant.IO, where he co-founded the company and served as Chief Product and Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Technology Officer at First Republic Bank and held senior technology leadership roles at Gradifi, Vistaprint, and Karmaloop.
Balaji Subramaniam – Chief Information Officer at Transportation Security Administration
The Transportation Security Administration has appointed Balaji Subramaniam as Chief Information Officer after he served in the role on an acting basis since October 2025. As CIO, he will lead the agency’s enterprise technology strategy, overseeing modernization efforts spanning cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital services. Subramaniam previously served as Director of Classified IT Operations and Director of Application Development at TSA, following technology leadership and enterprise architecture roles with IBM and defense consulting firms supporting the U.S. Army, the Defense Logistics Agency, and the Defense Contract Management Agency.
Piotr Zima – Chief Information Officer at Cepheid
Cepheid has brought Piotr Zima on as Chief Information Officer, continuing his leadership career within Danaher. Zima most recently served as Chief Information Officer at Integrated DNA Technologies, following earlier roles as Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Danaher and Head of Data & Analytics at Cytiva. He brings extensive experience leading enterprise technology, data, and AI initiatives across the life sciences sector, with earlier leadership roles at GE Healthcare and Accenture.
Justin Corona – Chief Technology Officer at Grant Thornton
Grant Thornton has tapped Justin Corona as Chief Technology Officer, where he will lead the firm’s technology strategy as it continues advancing enterprise modernization and AI capabilities. Corona brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience, with a background leading large-scale digital transformation, cloud modernization, and enterprise platform initiatives. Thomas Phelps IV – Chief Information Officer at Esri

Baz Abouelenein – Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Illinois State University
Illinois State University has selected Baz Abouelenein as Associate Vice President for Finance and Planning and Chief Information Officer, where he will lead the university’s technology strategy and help unify IT operations across the institution. Abouelenein brings more than 20 years of higher education technology leadership experience, having served as a Chief Information Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, and strategic advisor at multiple colleges and universities. He has built a career leading technology strategy, governance, and organizational transformation in support of institutional growth and innovation.
Christian Winward – Chief Information Security Officer at PNC
PNC has appointed Christian Winward as Chief Information Security Officer, elevating a longtime banking technology executive to lead the company’s Enterprise Information Security organization. Winward joins the role after serving as Chief Information Officer at FirstBank, which became part of PNC earlier this year, where he helped modernize the bank’s technology capabilities and supported its integration into PNC. His career with FirstBank spanned more than 30 years, progressing through leadership roles across technology and project management.
Alexander Truskovsky – Chief Information Security Officer at EigenQ
EigenQ has promoted Alexander Truskovsky to the newly created role of Chief Information Security Officer, expanding his responsibilities after serving as Vice President of Cryptography. In the role, he will lead the company’s cybersecurity strategy while helping embed security across its products and operations as it advances quantum technologies. Amol Bargaje – Chief Information Officer at Thompson Coburn
Thompson Coburn has welcomed Amol Bargaje as Chief Information Officer, where he will oversee the firm’s technology organization and help advance its technology strategy, security, and operations across offices nationwide. Bargaje joins from Mayer Brown, where he held a senior innovation leadership role focused on enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation. Maureen Falvella – Chief Information Officer at The National Institutes of Health
The National Institutes of Health has elevated Maureen Falvella to Chief Information Officer, placing her in charge of the agency’s enterprise technology strategy and the Office of the Chief Information Officer. Falvella had served as Acting CIO since September 2025, leading NIH’s $1.9 billion IT portfolio and overseeing digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives across the agency’s 27 institutes and centers. Previously, she served as NIH’s Chief Information Security Officer and Director of Cybersecurity, following an earlier role as Deputy CISO, and brings more than 15 years of technology and cybersecurity leadership experience supporting the agency’s biomedical research mission.
Rajiv Castellino – Chief Information Officer at Marcus Corporation
Marcus Corporation has promoted Rajiv Castellino to Chief Information Officer, expanding his responsibilities after serving as Chief Technology Officer of Marcus Hotels & Resorts since 2017. As CIO, Castellino will lead the company’s enterprise-wide technology strategy and infrastructure, succeeding longtime technology leader Kim Lueck. He brings more than 30 years of hospitality technology experience, including previous service as Chief Information Officer at Great Wolf Resorts, where he oversaw enterprise IT strategy and technology standards.
Param Bedi – Chief Information Officer at The Pittsburgh Foundation
The Pittsburgh Foundation has welcomed Param Bedi as its inaugural Chief Information Officer, a newly created role focused on advancing the organization’s technology, digital, and data capabilities in support of its philanthropic mission. Bedi joins after more than 17 years at Bucknell University, where he most recently served as Vice President for Library and Information Technology. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President for Technology & Library at Arcadia University, bringing decades of leadership experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, and innovation.
Casey Kendall – Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Ithaca College
Ithaca College has promoted Casey Kendall to Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer, elevating a longtime technology leader who has helped shape the institution’s IT strategy and operations. Kendall most recently served as Deputy Chief Information Officer and Associate Vice President of Applications and Infrastructure, where she led initiatives spanning enterprise applications, infrastructure, data and analytics, AI strategy, and digital modernization. She has been with Ithaca College for more than a decade, previously serving as Executive Director of Applications and Infrastructure and Director of Architecture and Infrastructure.
Rob Witoff – Chief Technology Officer at Coinbase
Coinbase has elevated Rob Witoff to Chief Technology Officer, placing one of the company’s earliest engineering leaders in charge of its technology strategy and engineering organization. Witoff returned to Coinbase in late 2024 as Head of Platform after the company acquired Unit 410, the cold storage startup he co-founded and led as CEO. Earlier in his career, he helped shape Coinbase’s original technical vision, serving in infrastructure, security, and chief architect roles before joining Google and later serving as Chief Technology Officer at Polychain Capital.
Allison Porterfield-Woods – Chief Information Officer at The Menta Education Group
The Menta Education Group has recruited Allison Porterfield-Woods as its inaugural Chief Information Officer, a newly created role established to support the organization’s continued growth. Porterfield-Woods will lead Menta’s enterprise technology modernization, including its IT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and the development of a scalable technology operating model. She joins from the College of Lake County, where she served as Chief Information Officer, following more than a decade in senior technology leadership roles at Northwestern University focused on enterprise systems and digital transformation.
John Koss – Chief Innovation & AI Officer at Mintz
Mintz has elevated John Koss to the firm’s first Chief Innovation & AI Officer, a newly created role that reflects its continued investment in AI, innovation, and technology-enabled legal services. Koss will lead the firm’s innovation strategy, AI initiatives, and technology investments while continuing to oversee its E-Data Consulting Group and Knowledge Management and Innovation team. A longtime Mintz attorney and business leader, he has spent more than two decades helping shape the firm’s approach to technology, data, and innovation, including building its nationally recognized E-Data Consulting Group.
Susan Gardner – Chief Information Officer at the Georgia Ports Authority
The Georgia Ports Authority has promoted Susan Gardner to Chief Information Officer, tapping the longtime operations leader to guide the organization’s technology strategy as it continues a major expansion of its port infrastructure. Gardner joined the authority in 2020 and most recently served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing daily operations at the Port of Savannah. Before joining Georgia Ports, she was Vice President and General Manager of Field Operations for the Americas at Kaleris/Navis, bringing more than 30 years of experience spanning port operations and terminal technology.
Shamyo Chatterjee – Chief Information Officer at Moore
Moore has brought on Shamyo Chatterjee as Chief Information Officer, adding an enterprise technology leader to help advance the company’s technology strategy and AI-enabled growth initiatives. Chatterjee joins after leading enterprise technology organizations and digital transformation efforts across Silicon Valley and other high-growth companies, with experience modernizing technology platforms, strengthening cybersecurity, and building enterprise AI capabilities. James Wilkinson has been appointed Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the City of Dallas, where he will lead the City’s enterprise information security program and help strengthen cyber resilience across critical systems, public services, and City departments. He brings more than 25 years of experience leading cybersecurity and technology initiatives across the military, financial services, aerospace, defense, and the public sector.
Mel Hudson-Nowak – Chief Technology Officer at Keller Logistics Group
Keller Logistics Group has recruited Mel Hudson-Nowak as Chief Technology Officer, bringing in a technology executive to lead the company’s digital transformation and technology strategy across its logistics operations. Hudson-Nowak joins from General Motors Financial, where she served as Vice President of IT Compliance & Risk Management, following 12 years at US Foods, including nine as Vice President of Supply Chain Technology. She brings more than 25 years of experience spanning supply chain technology, warehouse management systems, digital transformation, and enterprise technology leadership.
Tera Ladner – Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Security Officer at Aflac
Aflac has elevated Tera Ladner to Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Security Officer after she most recently served as Deputy Global CISO. During more than a decade with Aflac, Ladner has taken on increasingly senior responsibilities across information risk management, governance, and global security. As Global CISO, she now oversees Aflac’s enterprise information security strategy across its global operations.
John Realini – Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Children’s Wisconsin
Children’s Wisconsin has recruited John Realini as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, where he will lead the health system’s technology strategy, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, digital platforms, and clinical technology initiatives. Realini joins from Froedtert Health, where he most recently served as Associate Vice President of Enterprise Architecture and Integration, leading major infrastructure modernization and post-merger technology integration efforts.
