Tinto brings more than 30 years of technology leadership experience and joins from Advantage Solutions, where he served as Chief Digital Officer. He previously held CIO roles at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Kraft Heinz, leading digital transformation and large-scale technology initiatives.
Gavin Kliger – Chief Data Officer at the Department of Defense

Gavin Kliger has been named Chief Data Officer at the Department of Defense, where he will help lead execution of the department’s AI strategy and oversee the coordination of its artificial intelligence initiatives. In the role, he will manage the day-to-day alignment of AI projects, working with frontier AI labs and internal teams to ensure programs maintain strategic focus, secure necessary data access, and deliver capabilities for U.S. warfighters. Kliger previously served on Secretary Hegseth’s DOGE DOW team, where he oversaw the launch of the department’s enterprise AI platform, GenAI.mil.
Saugata Chatterjee – Chief Information Officer at Gallagher Bassett

Saugata Chatterjee has been appointed Chief Information Officer at Gallagher Bassett, where he leads the company’s technology strategy and execution, overseeing enterprise architecture, governance, operations, digital product development, and technology transformation initiatives. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Application Development and Maintenance at the company, guiding its application portfolio and software delivery efforts.
Don Monk – Chief Technology Officer at Hormel Foods

Don Monk has been named Chief Technology Officer at Hormel Foods, a newly created role in which he will serve as the company’s senior-most technology leader responsible for shaping and delivering its enterprise technology, digital, and data strategy. Monk brings more than 35 years of technology leadership experience, including 33 years at General Mills where he ultimately served as Chief Information Officer leading global technology strategy and operations. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Governance and Transformation for the digital technology and data organization at Cargill, guiding global transformation initiatives across the function.
Mona Bates – Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer at BAE Systems

Mona Bates has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer at BAE Systems, Inc., where she will lead the company’s technology and digital strategy and oversee the IT organization as a member of the senior leadership team. She joins the role with more than two decades of technology and business experience across industry and government, including 15 years with RTX companies. Bates most recently served as Chief Digital Officer at Collins Aerospace, where she led digital initiatives supporting operations and customer capabilities.
Romain Apert – Chief Digital and Technology Officer at HEINEKEN

HEINEKEN has selected Romain Apert as Chief Digital and Technology Officer (CDTO) and member of the HEINEKEN Executive Team. He succeeds Ronald den Elzen, who is stepping down after 31 years with the company. Apert joins from Mars, where he spent more than two decades in global CIO roles. In his new role, he will support the delivery of HEINEKEN’s EverGreen 2030 strategy, including further deployment of the company’s Digital Backbone and scaling the use of data and AI across the organization.
Robert Carvajal – Chief Information Security Officer at BayCare

Robert Carvajal has been named Chief Information Security Officer at BayCare, where he will oversee the health system’s cybersecurity strategy and support technology initiatives focused on patient safety and operational performance. Carvajal brings more than 20 years of information technology experience, including nearly two decades in cybersecurity leadership. He most recently served as Director of Information Services Security and Threat Management at BayCare, leading enterprise security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence while helping strengthen cybersecurity across the organization.
Patrick Blanc – Chief Technology Officer at Flywire

Patrick Blanc has joined Flywire as Chief Technology Officer, taking responsibility for the company’s global engineering, implementation, and technical support organizations while guiding technology strategy across its payments platform and vertical software offerings. His mandate includes advancing Flywire’s AI-first engineering approach and strengthening the payments experience for clients and payers as the company scales globally. Blanc arrives from Ingenico, where he served as Chief Technology Officer leading technology and innovation.
Amish Patel – Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at GuideWell

GuideWell has named Amish Patel Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, tasking him with advancing the organization’s digital capabilities and leading technology strategy that supports members, customers, providers, and communities. Patel brings more than two decades of experience guiding technology transformation, digital modernization, and AI-enabled innovation within mission-driven organizations.
William Quan – Chief Technology Officer at MarketAxess

MarketAxess has appointed William Quan as Chief Technology Officer, where he will lead the company’s global technology organization and drive platform modernization, engineering standards, and the integration of AI and advanced data capabilities across its electronic trading platform. Quan joins from Fleete Group, a Macquarie Asset Management portfolio company, where he served as Chief Technology Officer building an AI-enabled SaaS platform and global engineering organization.
Pooja Muttath – Chief Information Officer at Covista

She most recently served as Vice President of Product and Engineering at Adtalem Global Education, where she oversaw product and engineering initiatives supporting the organization’s education platforms.
Jim Giles – Chief Technology Officer at Indeed

Indeed has appointed Jim Giles as Chief Technology Officer, based in Austin, Texas, where he will lead the company’s technical strategy and global engineering organization. In his new role, Giles will oversee the continued development of Indeed’s technology platform, with an emphasis on using AI to improve how people connect with jobs and how employers identify and hire talent. Giles joins from Google, where he most recently served as Vice President of Engineering, overseeing products used by more than a billion people worldwide, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
Teresa Tonthat – Chief Digital and Information Officer at Cook Children’s Health Care System

Cook Children’s Health Care System has named Teresa Tonthat as Chief Digital and Information Officer, placing her in charge of enterprise technology strategy across the organization, including digital innovation, advanced analytics, and research informatics. Tonthat brings more than 25 years of experience using technology to address clinical and operational challenges, with a career leading large-scale transformation efforts across global infrastructure and healthcare environments.
Manikandan Nedunchelian – Chief Technology Officer at LateralCare

Manikandan Nedunchelian has joined LateralCare as Chief Technology Officer, where he will guide the technology direction of the company’s AI-native revenue cycle platform, revenue alai, including work around claims intelligence, denial prevention, and autonomous workflows. He brings experience building large-scale intelligent systems from prior leadership roles at Walmart, Hewlett-Packard, and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Doug Goehl – Chief Information Officer at Optiv

Optiv has named Doug Goehl Chief Information Officer, tasking him with advancing the company’s internal technology capabilities as it continues expanding its cyber advisory and solutions business. Goehl moves into the role after serving as Vice President of IT Business Process at Optiv, where he helped shape operational and technology initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining the company, he spent nearly nine years at Crocs, Inc., including leadership roles as Vice President of Customer Technologies and Vice President of Global Enterprise Applications.
Rob Cain – Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer at Xcel Energy

Xcel Energy has appointed Rob Cain as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, placing him in charge of the company’s Technology and Security Services organization. In the role, he will oversee efforts to modernize infrastructure, mitigate cyber and physical security risks, and advance the use of AI and other digital technologies to improve operations and the customer and employee experience. Cain joins after seven years as a partner at McKinsey & Co., where he led McKinsey Technology’s North America consumer and retail practice.
James “Aaron” Bishop – Deputy Chief Information Officer for Cybersecurity and Chief Information Security Officer at the Department of Defense

The Department of Defense has tapped James “Aaron” Bishop to serve as Chief Information Security Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer for Cybersecurity, where he will oversee department-wide cybersecurity policy, technical strategy, and program oversight. Bishop previously served as Chief Information Security Officer for the U.S. Air Force and earlier held roles as CISO and Vice President at Science Applications International Corporation, following leadership positions at Microsoft and other national security technology organizations.
Milen Mahadevan – Chief Data and AI Officer at Kroger

Kroger has appointed Milen Mahadevan to the newly created role of Chief Data and AI Officer, expanding his responsibilities as the retailer increases its focus on artificial intelligence across the business. Mahadevan will continue serving as President and CEO of Kroger’s data science and analytics subsidiary, 84.51°, while also overseeing the company’s data and AI teams. In the role, he will work with business leaders to embed advanced AI capabilities into operations and customer engagement.
Ben John – Chief Technology Officer at Digital Turbine

Digital Turbine has named Ben John as Chief Technology Officer, tasking him with leading global engineering, product architecture, and AI-driven development as the company scales its mobile growth platform. John joins from Microsoft, where he served as Vice President of Engineering for AI Copilot. Earlier, he was Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Xandr, following time as CTO of AppNexus, where he helped build large-scale programmatic advertising platforms.
Rich Friedberg – Chief Information Security Officer at Envestnet

Envestnet has appointed Rich Friedberg as Chief Information Security Officer, where he will lead the company’s enterprise information security strategy, cyber risk management, and operational resilience across its wealth technology platform. Friedberg joins from Live Oak Bank, where he served as Chief Information Security Officer and led efforts to integrate cybersecurity into governance, digital product development, and enterprise risk strategy.
Sri Rajagopalan – Chief Technology Officer at Health In Tech

Health In Tech has added Sri Rajagopalan as Chief Technology Officer, where he will oversee product engineering and enterprise platform operations while advancing the company’s AI-driven technology architecture. He had been serving as Interim CTO since November 2025, helping accelerate platform modernization and key technology initiatives. Rajagopalan brings more than two decades of enterprise technology leadership, including senior roles at SAP and IBM, and most recently worked in healthcare technology leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at Net Health.
Roland Palmer – Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Security at JumpCloud

JumpCloud has appointed Roland Palmer as Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Security, tasking him with leading the company’s global security strategy and safeguarding its growing base of employees and customers. Palmer brings more than two decades of cybersecurity experience and most recently spent eight years at Sumo Logic as Vice President of Security and Compliance, where he led global security operations and integrated compliance into engineering workflows.
Daniel Litvak – Chief Technology Officer at Karoo Health

Daniel Litvak has been named Chief Technology Officer at Karoo Health, where he will oversee the advancement of the company’s proprietary platform and lead efforts to strengthen interoperability across provider and payer partners as the organization expands its cardiac value-based care model. Litvak previously served as CTO of venture-backed startups Epistemix and Fishidy, where he led cross-functional engineering and product teams and managed complex system integrations.
Todd Paladini – Chief Information Officer at Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has appointed Todd Paladini as its first Chief Information Officer, creating the role to lead enterprise technology strategy and support the brand’s next phase of growth. Paladini brings more than two decades of experience in international IT leadership. As CIO, Paladini will oversee Freddy’s enterprise technology strategy, working closely with the executive team, franchisees, and private equity sponsors. Srini Sundarrajan – Chief Information Officer at mSupply

Brad Bazley – Chief Technology Officer at Perform Properties

Perform Properties has named Brad Bazley Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, entrusting him with advancing the company’s technology strategy to support portfolio operations and drive value across its real estate platform. Bazley joins from Internet Brands, where he served as Vice President and CIO for Enterprise and Legal Technology. Eli Edelkind – Vice President, CISO, Infrastructure and Tech Operations at CAVA

Eli Edelkind has been promoted to Vice President, CISO, Infrastructure and Tech Operations at CAVA, expanding his remit to include enterprise infrastructure and technology operations alongside cybersecurity. He joined the company in July 2022 as Head of Cybersecurity, was appointed Chief Information Security Officer in August 2024, and assumed responsibility for Infrastructure Services in August 2025. In his new role, he now oversees cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology operations for the fast-casual restaurant brand.
Cory Witty – Chief Information Officer at Kinzler Corporation

Kinzler Corporation has appointed Cory Witty as Chief Information Officer, a newly created role responsible for leading the company’s enterprise technology strategy across data, security, infrastructure, and business applications. He will also guide continued investment in the company’s custom ERP platform as it supports expansion and the integration of new businesses. Witty joins from Global Atlantic Financial Group, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Technology, building a global corporate technology organization and aligning technology initiatives with strategic priorities.
Jim Parkinson – Chief Technology and Information Officer at AcquireUp

AcquireUp has named Jim Parkinson Chief Technology and Information Officer, placing him in charge of Product Development, Data Sciences, IT Engineering, and Infrastructure as the company advances its seminar marketing platform and managed services for financial advisors. Parkinson brings decades of technology leadership experience, most recently serving as Chief Technology and Information Officer in the credit card processing sector, and previously as Chief Digital Officer and Executive Vice President of Digital Advertising at Valassis.
Jim Nagata – Chief Information Security Officer at Cherry Bekaert

Jim Nagata has joined Cherry Bekaert as Chief Information Security Officer, where he will lead the firm’s enterprise cybersecurity strategy, risk management, compliance, and incident response across its national and global operations. Marin brings extensive CIO leadership experience and joins from US Med-Equip, where he served as Chief Information Officer. Ryan Biren – Chief Information Officer at THOR Industries

THOR Industries has promoted Ryan Biren to Chief Information Officer, elevating the role to a newly created Executive Officer position as the company advances its enterprise data and AI strategy. Biren joined the recreational vehicle manufacturer in February 2024 as Vice President of Corporate Development, where he led the buildout of an enterprise data platform now deployed across THOR’s operating companies, including in Europe, supporting analytics across sales, operations, and customer engagement. Mauldin & Jenkins has tapped Benjamin Ellis as Chief Information Officer, effective February 1, 2026, where he will oversee the firm’s technology roadmap and ensure its digital infrastructure supports long-term innovation and growth. Patrick Hubbard – Chief Technology Officer at Path

Chris Scheetz has been named Executive Director of Information Technology Services and Chief Information Officer at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, where he will lead the university’s IT organization and guide technology initiatives supporting its academic, research, and administrative operations. Scheetz has spent more than 25 years at UMSL and had been serving as Interim CIO since July, previously holding leadership roles including Director and Associate Director of IT for Customer and Support Services.
