Darrin Thurston – Chief Technology Officer at Legrand | AV

Legrand | AV has introduced Darrin Thurston as its first Chief Technology Officer, a new executive role created to advance the company’s Ambition 2030 growth strategy. A longtime Legrand | AV leader and former VP/GM of Vaddio and Luxul, Thurston will steer global technology strategy, drive portfolio innovation, develop strategic partnerships, and evaluate M&A opportunities, while also guiding CSR initiatives. Expedia Group has appointed Xavier Amatriain as Chief AI and Data Officer, where he will lead the company’s long-term AI and data strategy and guide how advanced machine learning and generative AI shape future travel experiences. Darlene Taylor – Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Nexteer Automotive

Nexteer has named Darlene Taylor as Vice President and Chief Information Officer, where she will lead global IT and advance the company’s digital strategy, including AI initiatives, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, data governance, and large-scale transformation programs. Michael Young – Chief Information Officer at Sony Music Publishing

Sony Music Publishing has appointed Michael Young as Chief Information Officer. Young brings over 25 years of experience in technology and product leadership across media, fintech, and internet infrastructure. Joe Sarci – Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco

The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco has named Joe Sarci as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, bringing over two decades of technology leadership in global financial services. Sarci previously led global infrastructure operations and technology risk at JPMorgan Chase and served as CIO at First Republic Bank, where he drove major digital modernization efforts. As CIO, he will oversee the Bank’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture, advancing modernization initiatives that support its mission and long-term business goals.
Sharmeelee Bala – Chief Digital and Information Officer at Orgill Inc.

Orgill has brought on Sharmeelee “Sharms” Bala as Chief Digital and Information Officer. She brings deep expertise in large-scale digital transformation from leadership roles at JCPenney, Gap Inc., and Walmart. Known for modernizing systems and driving measurable business results, Bala will lead Orgill’s technology organization. Her focus will include enhancing enterprise systems, data and analytics, supply chain visibility, and dealer-facing digital tools. Ed Moyle – Chief Information Security Officer at Future in Tech

Future in Tech (FiT) has added veteran security strategist Ed Moyle as Chief Information Security Officer, bringing more than 25 years of enterprise security, cybersecurity architecture, and AI-security expertise. He will strengthen FiT’s security program, deepen product-level protection in partnership with engineering, and support the company’s presence in customer and industry forums. Moyle’s background spans CISO, strategist, and research roles across major organizations, along with extensive contributions to security publications, training, and open-source innovation.
Sulabh Srivastava – Chief Information Officer at AmeriLife

AmeriLife has named Sulabh Srivastava as Chief Information Officer, where he will lead the company’s digital transformation and strengthen technology across its national affiliate network. A seasoned enterprise IT leader, he previously served as Global CIO at Acrisure and drove major modernization efforts at Indiana University Health and University of Michigan Health-Sparrow. Jim Fowler – Chief Technology and Product Officer at Lumen

Lumen has appointed Jim Fowler as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Product Officer, where he will lead the company’s global technology and product strategy as it advances its network and digital platforms. Fowler joins from Nationwide, where he oversaw enterprise modernization and digital transformation, and previously spent nearly two decades in senior technology roles at General Electric. Lloyd Scholz – Chief Information Officer at Westfield

The Texas A&M University System has appointed Dr. Vince Kellen as its new Chief Information Officer, bringing more than 25 years of leadership in higher-education IT, AI, supercomputing, and digital transformation. Kellen most recently served as CIO at UC San Diego, where he led major advances in high-performance computing and data analytics.
