Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) has appointed Jarrod Bell as Chief Information Officer. Bringing over 25 years of experience leading technology strategy and operations across nonprofit and corporate sectors, Bell will drive RMHC’s global technology vision, focusing on digital transformation, enhanced cybersecurity, and scalable systems to support the organization’s next phase of growth and impact.

Bell brings a track record of success in nonprofit technology leadership. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, where he led the modernization of enterprise systems and oversaw nationwide technology initiatives. He also held the role of Chief Information Officer at San Francisco Opera, where he implemented technology solutions to support both artistic and administrative functions.
In his new position, he will lead the development and execution of a multi-year technology roadmap, strengthening how RMHC connects and serves families and Chapters around the world.
