Revlon Group Holdings LLC has appointed Ralph Marshall as Chief Information and Digital Officer. He brings over 25 years of global technology leadership, having most recently served as Global CTO at Merlin Entertainments.

At Merlin, Marshall oversaw technology strategy for entertainment destinations across 23 countries, serving over 60 million guests annually. Previously, as VP of Technology EMEA at Starbucks, he led significant digital transformation initiatives, including the rollout of Starbucks Digital Solutions across 86 international markets. His work supported more than two million daily transactions across 40+ countries.
Marshall’s earlier career includes leadership roles at McDonald’s, where he drove a large-scale technology refresh across 7,300+ European locations and helped launch digital ordering innovations like kiosks and mobile. He also held senior operations and technology positions at Marks & Spencer and Nando’s.
