Raytheon, an RTX (NYSE: RTX) business, has appointed Jennifer Flynn as its new Vice President and Chief Information Officer.

Flynn joined RTX in 2023 as Chief Technology Officer of Raytheon. She later served as VP & CIO of Government Programs before assuming her current position.
Prior to RTX, she spent over two decades at GE in various leadership roles, including CIO of Military Systems Operations at GE Aviation and VP of Separation Management and Infrastructure.
In her new role, Flynn will oversee Raytheon’s IT strategy, driving digital transformation and technology initiatives across the company’s defense and aerospace operations. Her leadership will support Raytheon’s mission to advance innovation in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and next-generation defense systems.
Flynn expressed her enthusiasm for the role, highlighting her commitment to leveraging technology to strengthen Raytheon’s defense capabilities.
