Ozzie Goldschmied has joined Udemy as Chief Technology Officer, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in building and leading global technology organizations.
Goldschmied’s career spans a range of leadership roles across the technology sector.
Most recently, he served as founder and CEO of GoldenRock Inc., where he advised private equity, hedge fund, and venture capital clients on product strategy, engineering, and technical maturity. Prior to that, he served as CTO of Ceridian, helping scale the company’s enterprise offerings. Earlier in his career, Goldschmied co-founded Dayforce and led engineering through its acquisition by Ceridian, and held leadership roles at Infor Global Solutions, Workbrain, and Sybase.
At Udemy, Goldschmied will oversee Engineering, Design, Product, Data Science, and Technical Product Management, working closely with CEO Hugo Sarrazin and the broader leadership team.
