Little Caesars, the third-largest pizza chain in the world, has announced the promotion of three key executives. Keith Faigin, Afia Phillips, and Lance Shinabarger have been appointed to pivotal roles, reflecting their exceptional contributions and the company’s commitment to continual growth.
Keith Faigin, who recently celebrated his 10-year anniversary at Little Caesars, has been promoted to Chief Information Officer, Restaurant Systems. Throughout his tenure, Keith has overseen numerous software initiatives, with a significant focus on the company’s e-commerce platform. He has been instrumental in securing multiple patents for Little Caesars, showcasing his innovative approach and technical expertise. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree from Williams College and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Illinois.
Afia Phillips has been promoted to Chief Information Security Officer at Little Caesar Enterprises. In her previous role as Vice President of Information Security, she oversaw information security across all Ilitch companies and established a strategic enterprise information security program focused on mitigating cyber risks. As CISO, Afia will continue to enhance the organization’s cybersecurity framework and lead efforts to protect sensitive information. She brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in implementing effective security measures, positioning her to drive the company’s information security initiatives forward.
Lance Shinabarger has been promoted to Chief Information Officer, Shared Technologies and Applications. Since joining the company in 2017, Lance has served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Systems, Data Services, and Global Infrastructure. He has effectively managed the global infrastructure for Little Caesars, the Detroit Red Wings, the Detroit Tigers, and other Ilitch companies. With over 25 years of IT management experience and a degree in Computer Science from Cleary University, Lance has a proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies that drive business growth. In his new role, he will focus on advancing the organization’s shared technology platforms and applications.
