Lennar Corporation, one of the nation’s leading builders of quality homes for all generations, has named Scott Spradley Chief Technology Officer (CTO) effective April 3.
Spradley joins Lennar following a five-and-a-half-year tenure as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Automation Officer at Tyson Foods. While at Tyson, Spradley was responsible for setting and driving the company’s technology strategies and teams, information systems delivery, information security, data, and analytics, transforming the company through technology and advancing technology strategies. He departed the company on January 9, 2023.
Before Tyson, Spradley served as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He led a global IT organization that led transformations, created customer value, and delivered enterprise solutions. Previously, he served in various leadership roles at Chevron and Intel Corporation.

His track record includes proven success in “operational excellence, driving innovation, depth and breadth of business and technical acumen, building strong organizations, and successfully driving change,” according to his LinkedIn.
