Korn Ferry has named Michael LoRusso as Chief Information Officer, bringing over 25 years of global technology leadership experience. LoRusso will oversee Korn Ferry’s technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and IT operations, driving innovation and efficiency across the firm.

LoRusso joins Korn Ferry from Embecta Corp., where he served as CIO and Head of Shared Services. He previously held senior technology leadership roles at Becton, Dickinson and Co., JPMorgan Chase, and General Electric. A former Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy, he has a strong background in strategic operations and IT leadership.
In this role, LoRusso will focus on advancing digital capabilities, strengthening cybersecurity, and enhancing IT infrastructure to support Korn Ferry’s growth.
