With over two and a half decades of rich experience in technology, operations, and franchise growth, Iqbal is set to enhance Edible’s digital and in-store platforms, further enriching the customer experience.
Prior to joining Edible, Iqbal served as the Senior Vice President of Global Services at Zilliant and served as COO at Naranga, where his leadership earned the team a top ranking in franchise technology services. His forward-thinking approach has significantly influenced technology frameworks within the franchising sector.
In his new role, Iqbal will oversee the enhancement of the e-commerce platform and in-store technologies, ensuring seamless integration and innovative customer interactions. His responsibilities will extend to managing corporate IT and security, and leading initiatives in engineering, infrastructure, and architecture to support continued growth and transformation efforts.
