Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., one of the world’s largest casual dining restaurant companies and owner of Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, has named Rafael Sanchez as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
Sanchez joins from Davidson Hospitality Group, where he was Senior Vice President of Information Technology. He brings a strong track record in hospitality and entertainment, including CIO roles at Six Flags and Feld Entertainment, and senior tech leadership positions at LikeWize, Carnival Corporation, and Burger King.
Throughout his career, Sanchez has led digital transformation, enterprise modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, and the integration of technology into guest experiences. He also served as a Senior Technology Advisor and Interim CIO across multiple sectors.
