Bhatia brings over two decades of expertise in retail, technology, and operations. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Technology at Dollar General, where she led a comprehensive technology transformation initiative aimed at improving operational efficiency.
Her experience also includes leadership roles at Walmart International and Kohl’s Corporation, overseeing technology strategies and implementations across core retail portfolios and multiple channels.
