Mack brings decades of public-sector IT leadership, having served as CIO for both the NC Department of Public Safety and the NC Department of Adult Correction. Steven Hernandez – Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Caterpillar Inc.

Caterpillar Inc. has appointed Steven Hernandez as Deputy Chief Information Security Officer. A veteran cybersecurity executive with over 25 years of experience, Hernandez will support global risk strategy, governance, and security transformation across the enterprise. He joins Caterpillar from USAID, where he served as DCIO, CISO, and CPO, following senior federal CISO roles at the U.S. Department of Education and HHS. Jennifer Morrissey – Chief Information Officer for Gallagher’s Benefits & HR Consulting Division

Gallagher has named Jennifer Morrissey as Chief Information Officer for its Benefits & HR Consulting Division, where she will lead global technology strategy to enhance digital experiences for clients and employees. Tom Flanagan – Chief Digital Information Officer at RE/MAX Holdings

Tioga County has promoted Brandon Clark to Chief Information Officer, following three years as the county’s Deputy Director of Technical Services. With over 15 years of IT experience spanning government, healthcare, and financial services, Clark now leads the county’s enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity compliance, and interdepartmental IT support. Patty Roper – Deputy Chief Technology Officer at the University of Massachusetts Amherst

UMass Amherst has named Patty Roper as Deputy Chief Technology Officer. Roper previously served as Senior Director of Administration and Finance IT, where she led the university’s second-largest IT unit and fostered strategic partnerships across academic and administrative teams.
