Walk us through your career path. How did you decide to pursue a career in technology, and how did you progress to your current organization?

I was fortunate to have an opportunity to start my career on enterprise applications which opened up more channels to explore and expand my skills in cross-team collaborations, business analysis, enterprise applications architecture, people management, change management, risk management, project/program management, and budgeting.

I worked for consulting firms for a decade, especially with Deloitte on an ERP implementation taskforce team for 8 years, which gave me wonderful opportunities to nurture tech acumen, embrace change, and be an adaptable and great servant leader. I published multiple white papers on many complex solutions that could be leveraged in multiple ERP Implementations across the industry.

My diversified and successful track record of experience in ERP implementations, M&A IT Integrations, and IT Transformations across industries like consulting, banking & finance, life science, and manufacturing helped me to stand out as a successful technology leader with the right blend of expertise and experience.

I joined my current organization, Brooks Automation in 2021 at an interesting stage. I was invited with surprise news of the company sale on my first day. I embraced the challenge and leveraged my 20+ years of experience and lessons learned to successfully build high competent team, smooth IT Divesture & successful TSA close in 3 months after the deal close, quick M&A IT integration, streamline the IT Operations, and establish IT and Business collaboration with strategic vision, planning, and execution. The Brooks executive team sponsored me to join the MIT Executive leadership program as recognition of my solid start at Brooks.
