Formerly, Gaurav was the Sr. Director of Technology at Life Time Inc., where he led digital transformation across HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing functions to accelerate the growth of Life Time and provide the best employee and customer experiences. At Life Time, Gaurav built high-performing teams and grew leaders who continued to support the company’s mission and helped take the company public in 2021. When not working, Gaurav enjoys traveling with his wife, playing, and watching cricket, spending time with family and friends and watching thriller shows on Netflix or other streaming platforms.
