Skinner, a key technology leader at Citadel since 2013, brings over two decades of experience in financial services technology. Eric Tan – Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Goodwin

Eric Tan has been appointed Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Goodwin, where he will lead the global law firm’s technology strategy and operations. Based in Silicon Valley and reporting to COO Mary O’Carroll, Tan brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. He most recently served as CIO and Chief Security Officer at Flock Safety and previously held senior roles at Coupa Software and PwC, where he founded the Cloud Computing and Digital Trust practices.

Rajesh David – Chief Information Security Officer at Amrize

Rajesh David has been named Chief Information Security Officer at Amrize, bringing over two decades of cybersecurity leadership across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Amrize, he served as Global CISO at Molex and held CISO roles at Rush University System for Health, GE Capital, and Tellabs. In his new role, David will lead Amrize’s global cyber strategy, strengthening the company’s digital resilience as it scales.

Stephen Deasy – Chief Technology Officer at Confluent 

Confluent has appointed Stephen Deasy as Chief Technology Officer to lead its engineering vision and platform strategy. Deasy brings over 20 years of experience scaling engineering organizations, most recently as CTO at Benchling and previously leading Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Atlassian’s cloud platform. At Confluent, he will focus on advancing the company’s data streaming infrastructure to support real-time use cases and AI-powered applications at a global scale.

Jeff Rittershofer – Chief Information Officer at Artisan Partners

Jeff Rittershofer has been named Chief Information Officer at Artisan Partners, where he will lead the firm’s global technology strategy. Rittershofer brings deep experience in infrastructure, security, and digital transformation, having previously served as Director of Technical Services at Artisan and as VP, Head of Global Technology & Cloud Services at T. Rowe Price. His background also includes leadership in information security and IT across financial services.

Aashish Patel – Chief Security Officer at the Delaware Department of Technology

Aashish Patel has been appointed Chief Security Officer for the Delaware Department of Technology and Information after serving in the role on an interim basis since March 2025. Patel joined the agency in 2021 as Director of Enterprise Security Operations and brings nearly 30 years of experience in cybersecurity and infrastructure leadership, including previous roles at Sapiens, Adaptik, Lucent, AT&T, and IBM. He will lead the state’s cybersecurity strategy under CIO Gregory Lane.

Eric Murphy – Chief Information Security Officer at Saronic Technologies

Eric Murphy has been appointed Chief Information Security Officer at Saronic, bringing over 20 years of cybersecurity leadership experience across enterprise and government sectors. He will lead the company’s cybersecurity and risk management strategy, embedding security across software, engineering, and manufacturing functions. Murphy previously served as CISO at Workrise and held senior security roles at SpyCloud, Squarespace, and WP Engine.

Sean Wechter – Chief Technology Officer at Thryv

Thryv Holdings, Inc. has named seasoned SaaS executive Sean Wechter as Chief Technology Officer, a strategic move as the company accelerates toward its $1 billion product- and platform-led vision. Wechter brings over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT strategy at companies like Boomi, Benefitfocus, and Qlik. His earlier roles at Comcast, Gannett, and Dell included Emmy-winning work and large-scale platform modernization. At Thryv, he will lead efforts in infrastructure, AI, security, and engineering to support continued growth in the small business SaaS space.

Dustin Goetz – Chief Information Officer at ICE

Dustin Goetz has been appointed Acting Chief Information Officer at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). A longtime IT leader within the Department of Homeland Security, Goetz previously served as Executive Director of IT Operations and has held key roles at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, STI Technologies, and Telesis. He brings over 20 years of experience in federal IT operations, cybersecurity, and program management, and is a U.S. Navy veteran.

Steve Bronson – Chief Information Officer at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits has named Steve Bronson as Chief Information Officer, reporting to Chief Growth and Strategy Officer David Chaplin. Bronson will lead enterprise technology strategy and execution to support Southern Glazer’s digital transformation and long-term growth goals. He brings over 25 years of global IT leadership experience, most recently serving as SVP of Global Technology Infrastructure and Operations at McDonald’s, where he led major cloud and AI-driven initiatives. Bronson has also held senior technology roles at CDK Global, Nike, and Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Don Logan – Chief Information Officer at Smolin Lupin & Co.

Smolin Lupin & Co. has named Don Logan as its new Chief Information Officer, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in IT strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Logan joins the Parsippany, N.J.-based IPA 200 firm after holding CIO roles at several top 100 accounting firms. In his new role, Logan will lead Smolin’s technology vision, overseeing digital modernization efforts, infrastructure optimization, and the alignment of IT investments with firmwide strategic goals. He is known for his ability to drive innovation across cloud platforms, data analytics, AI, and enterprise security while maintaining a sharp focus on operational efficiency and business value.

Patrick Hauger – Chief Technology Officer at Belmont Village Senior Living

Belmont Village Senior Living has named Patrick Hauger as Chief Technology Officer, bringing over two decades of experience in enterprise IT leadership, software integration, and digital transformation. Hauger joins from Hines, where he served for more than 18 years, most recently as Vice President of Information Technology. During his tenure, he led global technology initiatives across financial systems, cloud computing, and business process optimization. Known for his strengths in vendor management, team leadership, and cross-functional execution, Hauger is set to drive Belmont Village’s technology strategy and infrastructure modernization efforts.

Jim Peluso – Chief Information Officer at Centreville Bank

Centreville Bank has appointed Jim Peluso as Chief Information Officer, tasking him with leading the bank’s Information Technology and Information Security functions as part of a broader digital transformation strategy. Peluso brings a strong track record of managing global technology operations, most recently serving as Head of Global Core Platform Services at FM, Inc., where he led infrastructure initiatives across 43 countries. He also spent eight years at Hasbro as Director of Digital Engineering & Global Infrastructure. A recognized mentor and strategic leader, Peluso will play a key role in aligning Centreville Bank’s technology capabilities with its long-term growth objectives.

Edmund “Ted” Doering – Chief Information Officer at Ball Corporation

Ball Corporation has appointed Edmund “Ted” Doering as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, succeeding Brian Gabbard, who will retire later this year. Doering brings more than 30 years of global IT leadership experience across manufacturing and industrial sectors. Most recently, he served as EVP and CIO at Berry Global and previously held senior digital and technology leadership roles at Emerson, including Chief Digital Officer and Group CIO. At Ball, he will oversee enterprise IT strategy, value creation, and digital execution across the organization.

Ranju Das – Chief AI & Technology Officer at Lululemon

Lululemon has appointed Ranju Das as its first-ever Chief AI & Technology Officer. Das will lead the company’s global technology organization and AI strategy, bringing more than 20 years of experience across enterprise systems and digital innovation. He previously served as CEO of Swan AI Studios and OptumLabs, and held senior roles at Amazon, including General Manager of Amazon AI Services.

Chris Bowers – Chief Innovation and Information Officer at Morrison & Foerster

Morrison & Foerster has named Chris Bowers as Chief Innovation and Information Officer, based in the firm’s Boston office. Bowers brings nearly 40 years of IT leadership experience, most recently serving as Global CIO at Boston Consulting Group, where he led a firmwide digital transformation to a cloud-first, AI-driven operating model. At MoFo, he will oversee global AI, innovation, and digital strategy initiatives, enabling scalable solutions and modernized business models. His prior experience includes leadership roles at EMC and recognition as Boston CIO of the Year by Inspire CIO in 2016.

Kristy Fisher – Chief Digital and Information Officer at ADT

ADT has appointed Kristy Fisher as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital and Information Officer, where she will lead the company’s digital and enterprise technology strategy. Fisher brings over 15 years of experience driving digital transformation, data leadership, and analytics innovation. She most recently served as Vice President of Artificial Intelligence and Analytics at State Farm, where she led enterprise-wide AI and BI initiatives. Her earlier roles include leading actuarial systems modernization at MedPro Group. At ADT, Fisher will focus on platform scaling, system modernization, and advancing digital capabilities to support growth and mission impact.

Dallan Elk – Chief Information Officer at Miller Zell

Miller Zell has named Dallan Elk as Chief Information Officer, bringing over two decades of experience in digital transformation, enterprise IT, AI integration, and cybersecurity across the entertainment and hospitality sectors. Elk joins from Zaxby’s, where he served as VP of Information Technology, supporting over 1,000 locations and $1.2B in revenue. He previously held senior roles at Six Flags Entertainment and Omnico. At Miller Zell, Elk will lead IT strategy to enhance digital infrastructure and platforms across the company’s retail solutions.

Leslie Nielsen – Chief Information Security Officer at Mimecast

Mimecast has named Leslie Nielsen as Chief Information Security Officer, bringing more than 25 years of cybersecurity experience to the role. Nielsen most recently served as SVP and CISO at Klaviyo, where he led the company’s security function through IPO readiness and helped scale operations to $1.3B in revenue. At Mimecast, he will oversee global cybersecurity strategy, including threat intelligence, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Nielsen has held senior security roles at Nuance Communications, SAP Concur, and IBM, and was a member of Google’s CISO Cloud Advisory Board.

Steve Ciske – Chief Technology Officer at SubjectWell

SubjectWell has appointed Steve Ciske as Chief Technology Officer, where he will lead the company’s innovation initiatives, AI strategy, and security and compliance programs. Ciske brings over two decades of technology leadership experience across healthcare, consulting, and private equity-backed companies. Known for his hands-on, player-coach approach, he has successfully driven digital transformation, accelerated product innovation, and built high-performing teams. His appointment supports SubjectWell’s mission to optimize clinical trial enrollment and improve patient retention through enhanced platform capabilities.

Paul Tilghman – Chief Technology Officer at Voyager Technologies

Voyager Technologies has named Paul Tilghman as Chief Technology Officer. Tilghman will lead the company’s technology strategy and innovation efforts across ground, air, and space domains. He joins from Anduril Industries, where he served as chief engineer of Connected Warfare and helped launch a new Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations business. Tilghman previously led wireless AI initiatives at DARPA, managed $350 million in national security R&D programs, and held senior technology roles at Microsoft Azure Space and Lockheed Martin.

Manu Narayan – Chief Information Officer at GitLab

GitLab has appointed Manu Narayan as Chief Information Officer, where he will lead system and process transformation initiatives, internal AI strategy, and enterprise technology operations. Narayan brings over two decades of IT leadership, most recently serving as VP of Business Technology at Confluent, where he oversaw digital transformation, AI and automation strategy, and global technology platforms. His career includes senior roles at BlackLine, Applied Minds, and CIM Group, with a strong track record of driving scale, operational efficiency, and business alignment through technology.

Diane Rogerson – Chief Information Risk Officer at Truist

Truist has appointed Diane Rogerson as its new Chief Information Risk Officer to strengthen its cybersecurity and risk management capabilities. The executive brings over 25 years of experience in technology controls, cyber risk governance, and infrastructure leadership from senior roles at JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley. Most recently serving as Deputy CTO at Morgan Stanley US Bank, she led initiatives in automation, AI-driven risk insights, and modernization of payment platforms. At Truist, she will play a key role in enhancing the firm’s risk culture, resilience, and innovation across technology and security functions.

Srinivas Rautwar – Chief Information Officer at AMERICAN SYSTEMS 

AMERICAN SYSTEMS has promoted Srinivas Rautwar to Chief Information Officer following the retirement of longtime CIO Brian Neely. Rautwar, who joined the company in 2007 and most recently served as Director of IT Operations, will now lead enterprise technology strategy, security, and information management across the organization. With over 25 years of experience, including roles at IBM, PwC, and Cognizant, he brings a strong background in IT and business process improvement. He played a key role in AMERICAN SYSTEMS’ recent CMMC Level 2 certification, earning a perfect score.

Juliana Su – Chief Technology Officer at Community Reinvestment Fund, USA 

Community Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF) has named Juliana Su as its Chief Technology Officer, a newly created role aimed at aligning internal IT, external platforms, and data teams as part of the organization’s strategic growth plan. Su brings over 25 years of global technology leadership experience, including roles as CIO at Volt Information Sciences and COO at Openet. Known for delivering streamlined, business-focused technology solutions, Su will lead CRF’s efforts to deploy innovative systems that expand access to capital and support economic growth in underserved communities.

Dawn-Marie Hutchinson – Chief Information Officer at Reynolds

Reynolds American has appointed Dawn-Marie Hutchinson as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. A cybersecurity and technology leader, Hutchinson joined BAT in 2021 and previously served as CISO at GSK and Urban Outfitters. She will now lead Reynolds’ technology strategy, including digital platforms, data, AI, and cybersecurity, while serving on the Reynolds American Leadership Team. Hutchinson also sits on the board of Xalient.

Randy Dougherty – Chief Information Officer at Trellix

Trellix has promoted Randy Dougherty to Chief Information Officer, recognizing his leadership and contributions to the company’s global IT operations. Dougherty has been with Trellix for three years, most recently serving as Vice President of Global Infrastructure Operations and Strategic Sourcing. He brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology, including senior roles at eXp Realty, Nielsen, and WellCare.

Dr. Richard Medford – Chief Digital Information Officer at Allegheny Health

Allegheny Health Network has named Dr. Richard Medford as its new Chief Digital Information Officer, bringing deep clinical, informatics, and digital health expertise to support the system’s ongoing digital transformation. A triple-board-certified physician, Dr. Medford joins AHN from ECU Health, where he served as Chief Medical Informatics and Digital Health Officer. He has held prior leadership roles at UT Southwestern and Stanford University and is recognized nationally for his work at the intersection of medicine, AI, and health IT. At AHN, Dr. Medford will collaborate with system leaders to enhance digital care delivery, support clinical decision-making, and expand telehealth and mobile health capabilities across the network.

Steven Dee – Chief Technology Officer at Kohl’s

Kohl’s has named Steven Dee as Chief Technology Officer. Reporting to interim CEO Michael Bender, Dee will lead the company’s technology and information platforms to support its omnichannel strategy and business growth. He brings more than 25 years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise technology leadership, most recently serving as Global CIO/CTO at Rodan + Fields. Dee has also held senior roles at Nike, Hayneedle, and J.Crew, and spent over a decade at Accenture driving large-scale retail technology initiatives.

Ed Sclafani – Chief Information Officer at Ally Building Solutions

Ed Sclafani has been appointed Chief Information Officer at Ally Building Solutions. Sclafani brings over three decades of experience driving technology modernization, cybersecurity programs, and scalable IT operations. He most recently served as CIO of Brown Jordan Inc., following leadership roles at Covanta, Crowley Maritime, and Altria. Known for aligning IT with business outcomes and building high-performing teams, Sclafani is also an executive mentor with The Technology Leadership Experience, helping develop the next generation of IT leaders.

Shane Hadlock – Chief Technology Officer at Paycom

Paycom has expanded Shane Hadlock’s role to include Chief Technology Officer, in addition to his current position as Chief Client Officer. In his new capacity, Hadlock will oversee Paycom’s IT operations while continuing to lead client service functions. A 14-year veteran of Paycom with more than 30 years in technology, Hadlock previously served as Executive Vice President of Information Technology and Information Security. Prior to joining Paycom, he held several IT leadership roles during a decade-long tenure at Hertz. His combined technical expertise and client-focused leadership have been instrumental in scaling Paycom’s service capabilities and delivering greater ROI.

Ryan Kelley – Chief Information Officer at Ardent Mills

Ardent Mills has named Ryan Kelley as Chief Information Officer, where he will lead the company’s IT strategy and drive innovation, efficiency, and cybersecurity across the organization. Kelley brings over 20 years of technology leadership experience, most recently serving as CIO and SVP at Par Pacific Holdings. Scott Hallworth – Chief Digital Officer at AIG

AIG has appointed Scott Hallworth as Chief Digital Officer, effective September 1, 2025. Karthikeyan Janakiraman – Chief Technology Officer at Realtor.com

Realtor.com has named Karthikeyan Janakiraman as its new Chief Technology Officer. With over 20 years of experience leading digital transformation across e-commerce, healthcare, and finance, Janakiraman most recently served as VP of Technology at Chewy. He is known for leveraging AI and machine learning to build scalable platforms and high-performing engineering teams. At Realtor.com, he will drive the company’s technology vision to enhance innovation, customer experience, and long-term growth.

Mark Guppy – Chief Information Officer at Corza Medical

Corza Medical has appointed Mark Guppy as Chief Information Officer. In this role, he will lead the company’s global information systems and technology strategy, with a focus on enterprise systems, architecture, data, and AI to support innovation and growth. Guppy brings over 20 years of experience, most recently serving in senior IT leadership roles at Globus Medical and NuVasive, where he led enterprise systems strategy, architecture, and digital transformation initiatives.

Vishal Talwar – Chief Digital and Information Officer at FedEx Dataworks

FedEx has appointed Vishal Talwar as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer, and President of FedEx Dataworks. Talwar brings over 27 years of experience in digital transformation, cloud, AI, and data science, most recently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Accenture Technology. He has also held leadership roles at IBM and Dell Services. In his new role, he will lead FedEx’s global digital strategy and oversee the Technology and Dataworks teams to drive innovation and enterprise growth.

Mike Marchetti – Chief Information Officer at AI Fire

AI Fire has appointed Michael Marchetti as Chief Information Officer, bringing more than two decades of IT leadership to the role. Marchetti is responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy, operational efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to joining AI Fire, he served as CIO at TESSCO Technologies, Wastequip, and Calumet Specialty Products where he led large-scale ERP implementations, cybersecurity programs, and IT cost optimization efforts. His background spans manufacturing, technology, and private equity-backed environments, with deep expertise in enterprise systems, M&A integration, and strategic IT planning.

Alexandra Phillips – Chief Information Officer at Ardelyx

Ardelyx has appointed Alexandra Phillips as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In this role, Phillips will lead the company’s technology strategy and digital transformation, with a focus on scaling IT infrastructure, enhancing data and analytics capabilities, and supporting the development and commercialization of first-in-class medicines. Gary Reblin – Chief Technology Officer at the United States Postal Service

The U.S. Postal Service has appointed Gary Reblin as Chief Technology Officer, following his service in the role on an acting basis since June. Reblin succeeds Scott Bombaugh, who recently retired. As CTO, Reblin will lead the development of a network of integrated mail and package processing facilities and oversee engineering systems and maintenance operations. A USPS veteran since 1991, he previously served as Vice President of Applied Engineering and has held leadership roles in product innovation, shipping services, and business technology. His work includes the launch of USPS Informed Delivery and the Intelligent Mail barcode.

Victoria Farnsworth – Chief Information Officer at The University of Mississippi

The University of Mississippi has appointed Victoria Farnsworth as Chief Information Officer, bringing over 20 years of academic IT leadership to the role. Farnsworth joins from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she served as Vice Chancellor and CIO. At Ole Miss, she will lead the Office of Information Technology and drive strategic initiatives to support teaching, research, and service. Farnsworth previously held leadership positions at Purdue University and holds degrees in computer information systems and information systems management. She is also pursuing a doctorate in educational learning and leadership.

iMerit has appointed Colonel Georgeo Xavier Pulikkathara, a decorated U.S. Army veteran, as Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. He currently serves as CIO and CISO for the U.S. Army Reserve’s 81st Readiness Division, overseeing technology operations for 50,000 personnel. His previous roles include senior positions at Microsoft, HP Enterprise, RBC Capital Markets, and AIG. A two-time Bronze Star recipient, Pulikkathara brings deep expertise in securing complex environments and holds multiple advanced certifications.

Bill Finner – Chief Information Officer at Jackson Walker

Jackson Walker has promoted Bill Finner to Chief Information Officer, expanding his leadership over the firm’s technology infrastructure and strategic IT planning. A veteran of Jackson Walker since 2009, Finner previously served as Director of Networking & Technical Infrastructure and brings nearly 30 years of legal IT experience to the role. As CIO, he will oversee the firm’s data centers, cloud systems, voice and video platforms, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity strategy, while also managing vendor partnerships and business continuity initiatives. Paul Corazzol – Chief Technology Officer at TLC Community Credit Union

TLC Community Credit Union has named Paul Corazzol as Chief Technology Officer, advancing from his prior role as Senior Vice President of Information Technology. A long-time team member since 2005, Corazzol has been instrumental in driving the credit union’s IT strategy and modernization efforts. His promotion reflects TLC’s continued emphasis on leveraging technology to enhance member experience and organizational efficiency.

Raymond Karrenbauer – Chief Information Officer at Hamilton Insurance Group

Hamilton Insurance Group has appointed Raymond Karrenbauer as Group Chief Information Officer. He will join the company’s Executive Management Team and report to Group CFO Craig Howie. With over 30 years of IT leadership experience at companies such as N-able, SolarWinds, and AMD, Kemmerer brings a proven track record of modernizing enterprise systems, integrating acquisitions, and enhancing operational efficiency. Most recently CIO at N-able, he also led award-winning IT teams recognized for excellence in innovation. At KnowBe4, Kemmerer will focus on aligning technology with business strategy, empowering teams to innovate, and accelerating the company’s long-term growth.

Bob Kroeger – Chief Technology Officer at Gray Media

Gray Media has promoted Bob Kroeger to Chief Technology Officer, following the retirement of longtime CTO David Burke. Kroeger, who previously served as CIO for both Gray Media and Raycom Media, brings over 32 years of experience in broadcast engineering and IT leadership. His career includes executive roles across major broadcast networks and stations, where he led initiatives in cloud migration, cybersecurity, and infrastructure modernization. Trimble has appointed Jim Palermo as its first Chief Information Officer to advance the company’s Connect and Scale digital transformation initiative.
