CEO Marc Benioff described the hiring push as a response to what he sees as “amazing momentum” for AI in the market, noting that initial customer feedback has been strong since Agentforce’s launch. Priced at approximately $2 per agent interaction, Agentforce aims to assist businesses in automating customer support and sales functions through AI agents that can operate with limited human supervision.
