Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has formed a new AI-focused business group in collaboration with Nvidia, with plans to train 30,000 professionals to help enterprises adopt and scale artificial intelligence solutions. This initiative aims to support businesses in transforming their processes through AI, specifically by leveraging generative and agentic AI systems.

Accenture plans to tap into its existing workforce while hiring new employees to meet the group’s goals.

The partnership builds on Nvidia’s AI stack and Accenture’s AI Refinery platform to support process reinvention and AI-powered simulations. With global hubs and industry-specific solutions, the group is positioned to accelerate the deployment of AI across multiple sectors.

Why It Matters: This collaboration between Accenture and Nvidia aims to address the rising demand for AI expertise across industries. By training 30,000 professionals and developing advanced AI solutions, the group will enable businesses to improve efficiency, automate processes, and drive growth, positioning AI as a core tool for enterprise innovation.

  • Formation of the Accenture Nvidia Business Group: The newly formed group will focus on helping enterprises adopt AI through a workforce of 30,000 trained professionals. This partnership builds on the success of Accenture’s AI initiatives, targeting generative and agentic AI to drive business process transformation.
  • Generative and Agentic AI: The group’s focus is on agentic AI, an advanced form of generative AI that goes beyond user prompts. Agentic AI can autonomously create workflows and take actions based on environmental factors, representing a major leap in enterprise automation and efficiency.
  • AI Refinery and Nvidia AI Stack: Accenture’s AI Refinery, integrated with Nvidia’s AI platforms, will serve as the foundation for AI-driven solutions across industries. This technology stack will help clients achieve scalability, with tools available on both public and private cloud platforms.
  • Global AI Engineering Hubs: As part of this initiative, Accenture is expanding its AI engineering hubs worldwide, including new centers in Singapore, Tokyo, Malaga, and London. These hubs will focus on fine-tuning and deploying foundation models to solve accuracy, cost, and compliance challenges at scale.
  • Industry-Specific Solutions: The collaboration is already yielding industry-specific AI solutions, such as the deployment of sovereign AI in Indonesia and virtual facility simulations for industrial companies. These advancements will help enterprises improve operational efficiency, reduce design cycles, and create value through AI innovations.
