Crumbl has promoted Jacob Moncur to Chief Technology Officer, recognizing a technology leader who has helped build the company’s digital platform during a period of rapid growth. He succeeds Bryce Redd, who will remain with the company as a strategic advisor during the transition.

Moncur joined Crumbl in 2020 as Vice President of Engineering and has led the technology team through the company’s expansion.
He oversaw the development of Crumbl’s early mobile ordering apps and led its launch on Apple Vision Pro, making the company one of the first food and beverage brands available on the platform at launch.
In his new role, Moncur will lead Crumbl’s technology organization, building on six years with the company and his experience developing its customer-facing digital platforms.
