Pep Boys has named Nik Umrani as Chief Information Officer, adding an experienced technology executive to its leadership team as the company advances its IT capabilities.
Umrani brings more than 20 years of experience across Fortune 100 and private equity-backed organizations. He most recently served as Global CIO at NSM Insurance Group / Novacore, where he led an enterprise transformation program that supported company growth. His previous roles include senior technology positions at Comcast, ADT, and Verizon Communications.

At Pep Boys, Umrani will oversee technology initiatives across AI, cloud, and digital systems. The company expects his leadership to strengthen service delivery and improve customer experience.
