Eli Edelkind has been promoted to Vice President, CISO, Infrastructure & Tech Operations at CAVA, expanding his remit to include enterprise infrastructure and technology operations alongside cybersecurity.
He joined the company in July 2022 as Head of Cybersecurity, was appointed Chief Information Security Officer in August 2024, and assumed responsibility for Infrastructure Services in August 2025.
In his new role, he now oversees cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology operations for the fast-casual restaurant brand.
Prior to CAVA, Edelkind spent nearly eight years at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., rising to Director of Information Security. There, he led network security engineering and delivered initiatives including Splunk SIEM, FireEye cloud migration, next-generation firewalls, and broader enterprise security programs, while managing an $80 million budget and scaling the security organization.
His latest promotion further broadens his executive responsibilities across security and IT operations.
