Adobe has appointed Lucius DiPhillips as its new Chief Information Officer, tasking him with leading the company’s global Technology Services team as it advances its AI-powered digital transformation.
DiPhillips brings over 25 years of experience in driving large-scale technology modernization across global enterprises.

Prior to Adobe, DiPhillips served as CIO at Airbnb, where he led efforts to modernize business platforms, embed AI capabilities, and improve cost efficiency.
His earlier leadership roles include key technology positions at eBay, PayPal, Bank of America, and GE, where he consistently delivered infrastructure savings, operational improvements, and platform innovations.
In his new role, DiPhillips will focus on advancing Adobe’s enterprise architecture, supporting scalable innovation, and enhancing employee and customer experiences.
