Samsung Electronics is preparing its largest AI rollout to date, aiming to integrate Galaxy AI into 800 million mobile devices by the end of 2026.
That figure is twice last year’s total and includes smartphones, tablets, and a growing range of the company’s other consumer devices.
Galaxy AI blends capabilities from Google’s Gemini model with Samsung’s own Bixby assistant, delivering features like generative text tools, real-time translation, content editing, and voice interaction.
This year’s expansion brings AI into the background of everyday device usage. Samsung is treating it as a default layer across its products, embedding it in routine functions and everyday interactions.
The goal is to simplify how users interact with devices and make AI tools a regular part of the customer experience.
