Ralph Lauren has appointed Naveen Seshadri as its new Global Chief Digital Officer, positioning the executive to lead the company’s connected digital ecosystem as it concludes a transformative three-year growth initiative anchored in digital innovation.

Seshadri joined Ralph Lauren in April 2024 as Global Head of Consumer Technology and Digital Commerce in North America. In his expanded role, he is now responsible for unifying digital commerce, in-store technology, and global consumer experiences under a cohesive digital strategy designed to drive innovation and long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, Seshadri held key leadership roles at major consumer brands, including the Walt Disney Company, Foot Locker, BJ’s Wholesale Club, and Lonely Planet. At BJ’s, he served as Vice President of Digital Commerce and Experience, where he led initiatives across digital marketing, e-commerce merchandising, and omnichannel strategy. His leadership there was recognized for accelerating digital maturity and customer-centric transformation.
Seshadri’s appointment aligns with Ralph Lauren’s “Next Great Chapter: Accelerate” plan, a strategy launched in 2022 to refocus the brand on its luxury heritage and digitally enabled growth.
