PagerDuty, Inc., (PD) a global leader in digital operations management, selected Eric Johnson as Chief Information Officer (CIO). As CIO, Johnson will report to Chief Technology Officer Tim Armandpour and be responsible for leading the organization’s critical IT infrastructure, data management, and enterprise systems.

Johnson brings 28 years of industry experience and joins PagerDuty from SurveyMonkey, where he served as CIO. In this capacity, he was in charge of the company’s collaboration infrastructure, business systems, enterprise data, and security. Before that, he served as CIO for Informatica, DocuSign, and Talend. Johnson earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
