Rollins, Inc., a premier North American consumer and commercial services company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, has appointed Renee Pearson as Group Vice President (GVP) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Pearson joins Rollins from Republic National Distributing Company, the nation’s second-largest wine and spirits distributor, where she served as SVP of Information Technology. She led IT Business Engagement, IT Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Quality Assurance, and Change Management teams to drive business results and achieve strategic goals through enabling technology and effective business relationships. Before that, she was the Head of Business Integration for Georgia-Pacific’s Consumer Products business, leading CPG Digital Core, Georgia-Pacific’s biggest digital transformation program. Most notably, Pearson served in many IT leadership roles for Kimberly-Clark over 19 years – her last position being the Global Director of IT Innovation.
Pearson specializes in cultivating change, leading teams, and executing key strategies to accomplish business and enterprise goals. She’s also passionate about giving back to the local community in Atlanta. Just recently, Pearson was selected to be a part of Leadership Atlanta’s class of 2023 – a nine-month, executive-level series for a select group of leaders from metro Atlanta that explores critical community issues and reflects upon themselves as leaders while simultaneously building relationships.
